For nearly 25 years, National Real Estate has supported both the residential and commercial mortgage and real estate industries. The company provides title, appraisal and settlement services to eight of the top 10 loan originators worldwide. In 2005, National Real Estate was looking to build more recognition within the industry by taking its marketing efforts to the next level.

Sharp Creative helped re-vitalize the National Real Estate brand with new creative and a new Web site, sales collateral, corporate videos, direct mail, trade show planning, and public relation initiatives, including press in trade/industry magazines.
Results:
Through Sharp Creative’s marketing plan, National Real Estate was able secure more market share within the highly competitive residential and commercial mortgage and real estate industries. In fact, the improved brand identity resulted in an invitation to a request for proposal (RFP) process by one of the largest loan originators in the country. The prospect cited National Real Estate’s Web site as one of the reasons they decided to extend an invitation for participation in the RFP process. Sharp Creative’s partnership with National Real Estate is ongoing with additional initiatives planned for 2007.
