Carol McElravy, Senior Account Executive
Carol McElravy brings over 20 years of experience in Production Management for print and Web sites to Sharp Creative. With a strong process-orientation and no-nonsense communication style, Carol has led production teams and managed clients for a broad range of large and small clients. Joining the 3-person graphic design team at JP Enterprises Unlimited, Inc., she grew the team to a 23-person, $4-million marketing service firm with a worldwide client list. In her 11 years in this position, she was responsible for marketing, client management, and business process engineering. Carol began her career in the print industry, working at IT reseller Black Box Corporation for 11 years. Starting out in typesetting, she quickly moved on to manage the integration of publications processes and coordinating publishing technology. In her final year at Black Box, she served as acting Manager of the worldwide catalog in Newbury, England, traveling extensively throughout Europe building the international team, redefining catalog production processes, and researching and implementing printing economies.
