Allpointe Mortgage set out to eliminate inefficiencies, minimize transaction costs and provide its customer base greater selection and a better customer experience. In 2005, the company evaluated its corporate image and realized re-branding initiatives were needed to further its position in the competitive mortgage industry.

With extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Sharp Creative developed a marketing campaign to include television broadcast spots, print material and new Web site. Sharp Creative continues to assist Allpointe Mortgage in engaging customers in new markets throughout the country.
Results:
Sharp Creative’s re-branding initiative changed the way Allpointe Mortgage approached their business and helped the company engage their customers on a whole new level. In doing so, Allpointe Mortgage secured its reputation as an innovator within the industry. While the results are not yet available to measure the success of the television spots, the new brand image, Web site and business approach have been deemed a success. Allpointe Mortgage has tripled its revenue and grown its staff size from 20 to 60 loan officers.
