Client: The Doyle Center for Manufacturing Technology is a nationally focused non-profit organization at the forefront of working to realize a vibrant future for U.S. manufacturing. The goal of the Doyle Center is to meet the supply and demand of the U.S. defense industry by providing small manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) the technology, training and resources needed to compete with large, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In order to target SMEs, the Doyle Center required a variety of marketing materials to convey the benefits and accomplishments of the organization.
Sharp Creative Services:
In assessing the Doyle Center business model and the target audience, Sharp Creative concluded that one of the Doyle Center’s greatest benefits to SMEs is the technology resources. As a result, the key to marketing successfully to its target audience was to leverage its technological expertise without intimidating SMEs. Sharp Creative developed an array of marketing materials—from a Web site to a capabilities brochure and a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation and an animated Flash trade show video—proficiently communicating Doyle Center’s message and goals.
Results:
Upon launching the marketing collateral into commercial markets, the materials were very well received and enabled the Doyle Center to deliver a clear, consistent and understandable message to its non-technical target audience.
