As one of the nation’s largest electricity retail providers, Strategic Energy, L.L.C. competes in a highly complex and volatile energy marketplace against other retail providers and utilities to provide businesses in deregulated states across the country competitive pricing for their electricity supply. The company is also recognized throughout the industry for its truly innovative product and service offerings. In order to retain and grow its market share, however, the company needed to better promote its successful record of helping businesses of all sizes and across many industries achieve significant cost-savings by communicating directly to its customer base.
Sharp Creative Services:
Sharp Creative conducted market research and interviews throughout the Strategic Energy organization to help the company segment its customer base and unify its branding/messaging strategy to improve the effectiveness of communications. We then executed against this strategy by redesigning the company’s Web site, writing and placing articles in industry publications, and publishing monthly internal and multiple, audience-specific external newsletter publications.
