RecordFusion’s management team identified a need for assistance with records management within the county and state government sectors and in 2005 launched a fully integrated and comprehensive application to simplify the public recording process. In a small market (only 3,500 counties in the U.S.) with several established, dominant competitors, RecordFusion sought to lay the groundwork for product introduction prior to the product’s completion and subsequently launch the new Web-based software product immediately upon release—only 14 months after product conception.

With practical and proven marketing communications experience within the real estate and mortgage services industries, Sharp Creative was identified by the founders as the agency to take the new company to market.
Sharp Creative conducted market research to create an identity and brand for the company and its products and develop a strategic marketing communications plan. Sharp Creative executed against the plan by promoting the company at the county and state level throughout the United States, pursuing strategic partnerships and implementing tactical approaches online and in print.
Results:
Sharp Creative helped RecordFusion establish its identity, bring its products to market and fulfill a much needed niche within county and state governments. In the two years since product launch, RecordFusion has implemented programs or secured contracts with more than two dozen counties in over five states throughout the U.S.
